Huin Logistics is committed to a “people-centric” corporate culture. HUIN is a young, pragmatic and spirited team of optimistic and proactive employees who was born in the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s. The company organizes reading clubs and various types of training programs on a monthly basis to nurture a learning environment. The company is committed to accelerating employee growth through internal training and upgrading the training and management system. The company currently has 86 employees, of which more than 70% have bachelor degrees, 10 have more than 10 years of experience, 15 have more than 8 years of experience, and 24 have more than 5 years of experience.

In 2015, the company carried out shareholding reform and share the company’s profits to shareholders and employees. After the shareholding reform, the company entered a process of rapid development in 2016. At the same time, the company’s organizational structure gradually improved. It is currently mainly divided into: Board of Directors, General Manager’s Office, Sales Department (Domestic Sales Department, Overseas Sales Department), Marketing Department, Operation Department, Warehousing Department, Finance Department, Administration Department, Personnel and Organization Department.







Huin Operating Procedures
Clients’ international logistics orders are mainly handled by four departments, namely the Sales Department, the Marketing Department, the Operation Department and the Warehouse Department.
1. The sales department directly interfaces with clients and provides freight forwarding consultation, solutions and quotations.
2. The Marketing Department is mainly responsible for connecting airlines companies, shipping companies and foreign agents, providing quotation support to the Sales Department, and after the order is confirmed, the Marketing Department will allocate space.
3. The operation department is mainly responsible for arrange documents and follow up the shipping (such as confirm B/L with clients, follow up the sailing schedule, arrange the truck, connect with agent to clear customs and delivery for DDU/DDP shipments), and is also equipped with a documentation department, which is responsible for customs declaration, inspection, buy insurance and arrange certificates. Each order has a dedicated colleague from the operation department to follow up until completion. At the same time, the supervisor of the operation department supervises and follows up synchronously.
4. The warehousing department is responsible for unloading and loading when the goods into the warehouse. In order to avoid confusion, each shipment will follow by only onewarehousing colleague. In addition, the warehousing department has dedicated colleagues to provide repackaging, labeling and wooden boxing services.
